WHAT TBC MILITARY FAMILY SUPPORT GROUP
(MFSG) MEANS TO ME? | |
|
I have been a part of the
MFSG for almost one year now. It is truly a part of my life for
everyone that is a part of this
organization is part of my family. It is a bond that will last forever and support that will get you through the hard times and good times.- Ally | |
|
It means a strong pillar where to lean on for emotional and spiritual comfort. It is a place where we go to share our hidden and frighten feelings in search for prayers, support and sometimes even a family. TBC MFSG means getting together and spending time with wonderful members and friends who devote their time to love, to care, to listen, and to understand the daily hardship, stress and agony the military family faces with separation, loneliness, sadness, and the uncertainties of the ones whose being deployed to make our world a better place to live. God Bless America and the people at the TBC ! |

| The support group has been a tremendous blessing for me and my children. Ronna does a great job of discussing all kinds of issues and giving us ideas how to handle them. The people of the church are a blessing in how they provide child care for my children and are there just to be there for us to let us know how much they support us and our spouses that are serving. |
Sincerely, Tori
| My husband, SPC William Todd Garrett, is with the 217th from Butner. He left for Iraq December 29, 2004. I have been driving an hour and a half to attend the Military Family Support Group at Triangle Baptist Church in Raleigh. It is great to get together with others that are going through the same thing that I am. It helps to share, fellowship, and laugh. Please come and join us. |

| I just wanted you
to know that I think you do a wonderful job with this group. Sending us
all emails, keeping us informed of everyone’s needs is great. I really
enjoy coming to the meetings and being with all of you. I hope you all
continue to care for all our loves ones and keep all of us in your
prayers. The support is very much needed and appreciated. Thank you also
for the dinner Monday night. It was great! I don’t cook much anymore so
it was a treat for me. Take care and continue your good work. Love you all. Phala |
